Payment for Private Sewer Blockage repairs

Thank you for your payment for repairs to a blocked sewer at a private residence. Please note, Council is not responsible for the repair of any problems that arise from defects within the private house drainage systems. It is recommended that the defect be investigated and then repaired to prevent this problem from re-occurring. Please be advised that if Council is called to respond to the same issue again, Council will charge the property owner to recover the costs of the service, as per Council's Customer Service Standards 2020-2025. The fees for this service are as follows:

• Cost for initial occurrence $910.00
• Cost for repeat occurrence $1,510.00
