Building Application - Multiple Structures
This application is only for the lodgement of multiple structures.
e.g. New dwelling and shed; new dwelling and pool, etc.
- Online applications can be made via desktop or laptop devices. Mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets) are not currently supported.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for assessment of your Building Application. This time frame may increase if further information or approvals are required.
- In order for your application to be considered, you will need to attach digital copies of required documents.
All of these documents will need to be combined into a single PDF document for upload:- IDAS Forms Part 1 & Part 2
- Structural Plans including site plan (these are required to be stamped by an Engineer and Form 15 attached). If application includes a pool, the site plan must clearly indicate:
- where the pool fencing will be located
- the type of fencing and
- where the gates are
- Soil Test report
- Energy efficiency compliance calculations and certificate
- Sewer Main Plan
- QBCC Confirmation of Insurance Certificate builder to obtain for work over $3301 - (owner builders are exempt)
- Owner builder permit (only required if works exceed $11,000)
- QLeave - (Portable Long Service Leave) - Residential construction over $150,000 - Builders - Form and payment to be made at the Post Office - Owner builders must submit the form; however, no fee is required.
- Copy of the contract if the land is not registered under current owners name
- On site sewerage treatment report if applicable
- Fees and charges.
- Upon successful receipt of the application and payment, a Tax Invoice will be forwarded via email within 2 business days.
