Building Application - Swimming Pool / Spa
- Online applications can be made via desktop or laptop devices. Mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets) are not currently supported.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for assessment of your Building Application. This time frame may increase if further information or approvals are required.
- In order for your application to be considered, you will need to attach digital copies of required documents.
All of these documents will need to be combined into a single PDF document for upload:- IDAS Forms Part 1 & Part 2
- Structural Plans (these are required to be stamped by an Engineer and Form 15 attached)
- Site Plan must clearly indicate:
- where the pool fencing will be located
- the type of fencing and
- where the gates are
- Sewer Main Plan
- Fees and charges.
- Upon successful receipt of the application and payment, a Tax Invoice will be forwarded via email within 2 business days.
