Request a Logon - Individual / Non-Ratepayer
- Online applications can be made via desktop or laptop devices. Mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets) are not currently supported.
- If information is incorrect, you will be contacted to provide correct information.
- You will need to:
- Supply your date of birth when prompted on the application form, then
- At the end of the application process, record your Reference Number from the CRM Receipt page.
- Visit Council offices WITHIN 7 DAYS with the Reference Number and two forms of identification:
Photo identification - e.g. drivers license or passport
Proof of your address - e.g. utility bill such as electricity bill
