- Work will be carried out in 10-20 business days from date paid. This time frame may increase if further information or approvals are required.
- The entire quoted fee must be paid upon submission of the online application. Work will not commence until full payment has been received.
- The completed application form, and any other supporting documentation, must be uploaded in order to proceed with this acceptance.

- Please note all quotes are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue.
- For relocation of a water service, the property owner is to arrange for the reconnection of their property water service to the relocated water service outlet point, by a private plumber at their own cost.
- By proceeding you are accepting the quote provided by Cairns Regional Council Water & Water to carry out the works and/or services described.
