Plumbing Application Lodgement

  • Online applications can be made via desktop or laptop devices. Mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets) are not currently supported.
  • This application can be used to submit a completed Form 1 Permit work application for plumbing, drainage and on-site sewerage work, additional supporting documentation, and make associated payments.
  • To complete this application you will need to attach:
    • A completed Form 1
    • Applicable site and floor plans
    • Commercial applications require Hydraulic plans to be submitted

  • Please note: if Form 7 is not submitted together with Form 1 application, your application with be accepted, however a Form 7 Notification of Responsible Person must be provided before a plumbing inspection can be carried out.
  • A soil classification report where the work involves sanitary drainage and for classes H, E & P a copy of the articulation report must also be supplied.
  • Fees and charges.
  • Upon successful receipt of the application and payment, a Tax Invoice will be forwarded via email within 2 business days.
  • For a completed application, please allow 10 business days if a standard application, or 2 business days if a fast tracked application. Refer to Form 1 for a fast track definition.
