Please ring Council's Customer Service Centre on 1300 69 22 47 (burst water or sewer main, dog attacks, etc).
Reporting a problem using Online Self Service is the same as contacting Council in person or by phone. You will receive a reference number that you can use to track the progress of your request if you or Council need to follow-up on the matter.
Please note that requests logged online will be dealt with during normal business hours immediately.
