Transfer of Parking Permit Application
- Online applications can be made via desktop or laptop devices. Mobile devices (e.g. smartphones, tablets) are not currently supported.
- Provided all of the correct information and documentation is supplied, Council will process your application and send you a confirmation email with instructions on how to make payment within 2 business days. After payment has been received, the permit will be mailed to you.
- If information and /or supporting documentation is incorrect, you will be contacted to provide correct information. In order for your application to be considered, you will need to attach digital copies of:
- The Certificate of Registration/Renewal Notice of the new vehicle
- Fees and charges

- The previous permit label must be returned, either in person or via post, before the new permit is issued. If you are unable to do so, a suitable explanation will need to be provided.
